FAQ

Questions we get.

What does a project cost?

Every build is fixed price, quoted in writing before work starts. Small single-workflow automations ship in a few weeks. Larger multi-system builds follow a short paid audit so the quote is grounded in your actual workflow, not a guess.

Who owns the code?

You do. Perpetual license, code and accounts in your name. It keeps running if we part ways.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes. FSMsync is on the App Store and Google Play, and we handle the store review process end to end.

Do you work outside the trades?

Mostly trades and commercial service businesses in North Texas, because that's where we know the workflows. If your problem is re-typing, chasing, or missed calls, it probably fits.

Is there ongoing support?

Managed support is a flat monthly rate, month-to-month: monitoring, break-fix, and steady improvements. No multi-year contracts.

How do Ki-Yote, Critical Systems, and FSMsync relate?

Ki-Yote LLC is the company. FSMsync is the product it builds and sells. Critical Systems is the name it does custom work under. Same person behind all three.
